Three Point Champions Crowned

On a rainy Monday night in Cooper Athletic Center, Chelsea Sexton beat out Abby Ogle to win the Female Division of the Three Point Shootout. On the other side of the court, ten men competed through three rounds to see who could take home the championship. Last year's champion, Tyler Dougherty, did not compete, therefore opening the door for a new winner this time around. It came down to the final round between Brady Neal, Cale Thompson, Eric Vetetoe, and Tyler Sauceman. After all was done, Tyler Sauceman's half court shot in the last second of the final round won him the title Three Point Shootout Male Division Champ.

Chelsea and Tyler will now go on to face Carson-Newman's Three Point Shootout champions on December 3rd at Carson-Newman, as Maryville's basketball teams travel to play in Jefferson City.
