The flags are flyin'
Well they are if you're down on the Intramural field this week! The flag football tournament has seen some exciting competition, with two teams already eliminated from competition.
Go Hard or Go Home saw their first loss of the flag football season yesterday at the hands of the Fire Escape team. Following their first win of the season, the Benchwarmers were defeated by Kyle Ray and his team of Fighting Scrubnuts. Although they did not compete in last week's seeding games, the team of Kevin Newton and the Soggy Biscuits are proving to be the team to beat in this competition. They handily defeated Joe Gunter's No Names by the score of 53 to 37 yesterday.
Today's games will see whether The Wall can boot the Soggy Biscuits from play or if the upperclassmen baseball players will defeat the underclass players. In the 5pm game, the Benchwarmers will attempt to redeem themselves and pull off the upset to defeat the #1 seeded Go Hard or Go Home.
Beat the cold and come watch some exciting flag football today at 4pm and 5pm. Games will be put on hold due to Senior Comps Thursday and Friday this week. All games will resume as scheduled on Monday at 4pm.
